Shipping within 2-4 business days via FedEx next day Please make sure you have the correct shipping address with all the info. If info is incorrect and we have to call FedEx to correct there will be a $15 extra fee added. If you do not get your items with 3 days after shipping please email us and let us know @ hope@hopeflood.com items will not be replaced after 7 days.
